And now there's a whistleblower, one who approached the NY Times only to find that the Times was unwilling to expose the fraud that would have threatened the eleciton of the candidate they endorsed, Obama.

ACORN whistleblower Anita MonCrief offers stunning revelations regarding the nation's largest radical left organization, where our Community Activist in Chief cut his teeth. The supposedly nonpartisan organization has been illegally pouring taxpayer money into Democrat causes, letting $millions disappear, and renting out goons for intimidation campaigns, while the New York Times deliberately looks the other way.

ACORN and Project Vote are the same organization. MonCrief drew a paycheck from Project Vote, but was given an ACORN email address. Via Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, her testimony before Congress covers the following:
• November 2007 — Project Vote contacted by Obama presidential campaign

• Project Vote received Obama donor list from Obama campaign

• Project Vote solicited Obama donors to pay for voter registration and to "get out the vote"

• Project Vote received donor lists from other Democratic and labor union sources: John Kerry campaign, [Hillary] Clinton campaign, Barack Obama campaign, Democratic National Committee, America Coming Together ("ACT")

• Project Vote development plan was to "approach maxed out presidential donors" and allegedly use the funds raised for voter registration drives

• ACORN "employees" were paid through Project Vote for partisan campaign activities, such as telling voters “don't vote for Albert Wynn (sic) or vote for this person”

There some serious violations of Federal election law listed above and there is more read it all and consider how the election of 2008 may have been stolen through illegal contributions, racketeering and vote fraud.

Since Acorn, the SEIU and the Democrats cannot be seperated what they've done is pull off a coup. It is time for anyone who cares to contact all their representatives and demand a special prosecutor, demand that ACORN be defunded and demand that everyone involved be investigated, prosecuted and punished.

Computers, records seized at ACORN offices in La.

NEW ORLEANS — Investigators are searching the New Orleans offices of the activist group ACORN in connection with embezzlement and tax fraud allegations.

Assistant Attorney General David Caldwell said a warrant was obtained to seize computers, hard drives and other documents Friday. Caldwell said investigators will copy records and hard drives, then return them to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

Thanks to ACORN's strong support from the Democrats of Congress that's OUR tax money these assholes are embezzling.

ACORN vote fraud in Troy, NY

TROY -- Dozens of forged and fraudulent absentee ballots from people registered to vote on the Working Families Party line were filed in the Sept. 15 primary elections in Troy, the Times Union has learned.

Many of the questionable ballots were filed under the names of students and people who live in government-subsidized housing and other downtown areas. Still others were submitted on behalf of voters who were alleged to have signed the ballots earlier this month, but those people have not lived in New York state for at least a year, records show.

Documents at the county Board of Elections show the fraudulent ballots were handled by or prepared on behalf of various elected officials and leaders and operatives for the Democratic and Working Families parties. A Troy housing authority employee, Anthony Defiglio, who sources said oversees vacant properties for the Troy Housing Authority, also handled many of the fraudulent ballots, according to public records and interviews with voters who said they were duped.

Given that ACORN was active in Minnesota before the last election and Norm Coleman lost by just a few hundred votes, votes that appeared post election day it looks to me like ACORN vote fraud is responsible for Coleman's loss. That loss gave the Democrats the 60 vote, nuclear option they need to ram through their dangerous spending agenda.

They are stealing our country out from under us by subverting the very process that made the US unique among all the nations.

ACORN in the news again

This is getting to be a regular thing as the criminal enterprise ACORN begins to unravel. 

A Republican state legislator released documents Tuesday which he says show the community-organizing group ACORN focused on helping Democrats in three legislative races in the November 2008 election and had developed a game plan to "take power” in Oklahoma within five years.

The documents, which include legislative district maps and various forms, were recovered from computers abandoned by ACORN workers in Oklahoma City, said Rep. Mike Reynolds, R-Oklahoma City. Also found was a script apparently used in Houston to go door-to-door to encourage voters to vote for Barack Obama in November 2008.

His intent "is to dispel the idea that ACORN wasn’t a political organization,” Reynolds said. "That’s all they were about was politics.”

ACORN is abusing federal funding. This needs to stop. ACORN is fraudulently registering voters, this needs to stop. ACORN helps people break the law, avoid taxes and provides advice to would be prostitution rings, of underage illegal immigrants, this needs to stop. Is there anything ACORN does that's legal?

It's time for a full scale investigation of the entire ACORN organization. Prosecutions must take place, funding must be stopped. This threatens the foundations of our democratic republic. I don't expect most Democrat politicians to be interested in shutting this down, ACORN works for them; Republicans if you ever want to be relevant again you need to act, the nation and the electoral process is being undermined with public money.

There may be as many as 50 absentee ballots that were forged, according to people close to the case. Countywide, there were 126 absentee ballots applied for on the Working Families Party line.

It's time for the Congress to step up and demand a full scale, nationwide investigation of ACORN. There is good reason to fear that ACORN stole Norm Coleman's seat for Al Franken since the winning margin was less than 400 votes. There is reason to believe that this tactic for voter fraud has been used nationwide to steal seats at all levels of government for left wing candidates. Likewise the justice department needs to engage in investigating and prosecuting everyone involved with this corruption at ACORN, regardless of how politically connected they are. If that trail of corruption leads to the White House so be it.

Mr. Obama has attempted to distance himself from ACORN but it just won't work. His touted "community organizer" work was with ACORN. His campaign supplied ACORN with millions of dollars. Was that money spent to create fraudulent votes in favor of the President? Stanley Kutz has detailed the close working relationship between the White House and ACORN and ACORN affiliates:

With the revelation that White House Director of Political Affairs, Patrick Gaspard, has close ties to Bertha Lewis and to ACORN, Mattew Vadum and Erick Erickson appear to be onto something significant. While the Gaspard matter needs further investigation before we form any hard conclusions, it certainly seems to confirm that President Obama’s ties to a whole series of ACORN-controlled organizations are neither minor nor by any means long-past. In fact, making use of what Erickson and Vadum have discovered about Gaspard, we can trace these links still further.

This type of fraud undermines our republic and threatens to tear this country apart. Only shining the light of a full scale investigation, unencumbered by political interference can begin to heal the wound.

No good deed goes unpunished

Apparently this is official now. Acorn is suing James O’Keefe, Hannah Giles and Andrew Breitbart’s Breitbart.com apparently for exposing rampant corruption. So as the Government backs away from this corruption, and Obama conveniently forgets they exist, Acorn doubles down with their lawyers to punish the whistle blowers. I just love the smell of corruption when it first sees the light of day.

And some of the office's 9,000 members say the attacks have pushed them to work harder on behalf of the group.

"They haven't hurt us like they think they did," said Daniel Leary, a member who helps lead ACORN's Foreclosure Fighters, a group that assists people facing eviction. "Our anger makes us more focused. Now we know the mission at hand."
